Dear Prospective Adoptive Parent:

Adoption fees are complex and vary somewhat depending on whether you are an Oregon/Washington resident or out-of-state and the type of adoption. We have tried in the following schedule to clearly detail all the fees that are involved.

In launching the adoption process, you will be asked to sign a fee agreement which includes this Adoption Fee Schedule. ASIA’s own program fees will be fixed according to the Adoption Fee Schedule in effect at the time of the fee agreement signing. However, third-party fees itemized in the Schedule, such as those required by each country’s government, the US government, and other service providers can change without notice and will be billed to you over and above the fees outlined in your original signed agreement.

We, as a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable agency, make every effort to minimize our costs to you while maintaining quality service. Our work is supported through charitable donations as well as adoption service fees to minimize the financial barrier between the many children in need and the prospective adoptive families. We have also provided a glossary of terms for your reference as needed.
