Susan (Xiaowen) Song
Susan began to work for ASIA in 1996. She states that she "likes ASIA because it is a small agency with a good reputation." Susan feels that the agency has come a long way since its inception in 1995.

Susan was born in Beijing in 1967 and graduated as a Radiologist from Suzhou Medical University. Suzhou is the sister city of Portland, Oregon and is considered paradise in many Chinese hearts. Susan loves children and has enjoyed working with ASIA families. She loves seeing pictures of the children growing up in their happy families.

Susan married in May 2005. Her husband John is a chemistry teacher in a training school in Beijing. Susan and John adopted their daughter Ying Ying in spring 2007. Ying Ying is very smart and keeps her parents very busy.

When Susan is not working or playing with Ying Ying, she enjoys reading, shopping with her mother and eating John's excellent cooking!
