At ASIA we strive to keep our families informed on the latest news regarding adoptions, China and Taiwan. We've created this area so that you can take a look at the these late breaking stories and get accurate information directly from ASIA. We know there are many news sources out there, but we try to only publish factual information that has been confirmed directly from the CCAA, the Taiwan Foundation or U.S. Government agencies.

We also provide listings of different local and national events related to ASIA or adoption in general. If you know of an upcoming adoption related event in your area and you'd like to tell others about it, please let us know!

Chinese New Year 2012 - Year of the Dragon!

Please join us on Saturday, January 28, 2012, in celebrating the Year of the Dragon with Susan Song, ASIA’s China Program Manager. Susan will be traveling all the way from Beijing to join us for our celebration!!

We hope you can join us for a fun afternoon that includes a yummy Chinese food buffet, balloon animals, face painting, story-telling and a raffle that includes prizes for the whole family.
